STEVEN G. ROBBINS, M.D., F.A.C.S

Dr. Steven G. RobbinsDr. Robbins provides a full range of orthopaedic services and is a recognized expert in certain sub-specialties, including complex reconstructive surgery including knee and hip joint replacement & revision joint replacements.

Dr. Robbins also performs complex arthroscopic surgery and is often able to create dramatic improvements in motion and function in various major joints using this minimally invasive approach. He shares his knowledge of this specialty as an Associate Master Instructor for the Arthroscopy Association of North America, where orthopaedic surgeons from around the world go to learn these techniques.

As one of only approximately 150 orthopaedic surgeons in this country who subspecializes in orthopaedic oncology, Dr. Robbins is knowledgeable about treatments of bone and soft tissue tumors. His training in orthopaedic oncology was acquired at the prestigious Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.

Dr. Robbins contributes to the advancement of orthopaedic surgery through lectures, presentations, publications, serving on editorial boards and participation in ongoing research. In 2000, his contributions were recognized when he was named in the National Registry of Who’s Who in Orthopaedic Surgery and was selected by his peers as one of America’s Top Physicians.
